Mania - Fall Out Boy - Album Redesign

The direction I went with this design choice is through the many life and death themes of the songs in the album. In their song "Hold me Tight or Don't" the music video theme is what inspired me of the Day of the Dead like design on the left side. To counter, I went with the heaven themes of some of their songs like "Heaven's Gate" and "Church". Once of the prompt rules of this project was to avoid using the same color scheme, layout, and design choices of the original album cover to avoid copyrights and to make it our own. If I were to go back to this project, I would probably bring more emphasis to the title by maybe blurring the background. And maybe taking into more detail of the background designs because it feels like it could be pushed further.
